India has been experiencing a potentially warmer summer this year, a hotter-than-normal summer with brutal heat waves.
As the summer month approaches many people look forward to spending their time outdoors, enjoying the warm weather and sunshine. However, with the rising temperature, there is also an increased risk of certain diseases and health conditions that can be caused by summer heat. To prevent such conditions make sure to keep yourself hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day especially even spending time outdoors or participating in physical activities.
